Founded in London in 2019, NOVA started as a two-person operation with one principle: never sacrifice craft for speed. Today we are a team of 14 designers, developers, strategists and directors, all obsessed with making your digital presence impossible to ignore.

Six years of pushing what’s possible
From a two-desk studio to a team across two cities, the principle hasn’t changed: the work comes first.

2019
The beginning
Marcus and Zoe founded NOVA in a small Shoreditch studio, working with three local start-ups and one bold promise: every pixel should earn its place.

2020
Going international
While the world slowed down, our work accelerated. Our first international client, a fintech team in Berlin, put NOVA on the European map.

2022
Recognition
Our work for Lumis and Aether picked up a string of design and motion awards, cementing our reputation as a studio that takes risks and earns them.

2024
The studio expands
We opened a second studio in New York and grew to 14 full-time creatives, taking on larger brand transformations across North America and Europe.

Today
We still take on a select number of projects each quarter, each one treated like our first.
